Blue Food Festival

Last but not least the Blue Food Festival, originating from Bloody Bay in Tobago, celebrating crops like dasheen, cassava, tannia, eddoes, yams and sweet potatoes. Funny enough only dasheen has a blue or purple hue when cooked. Add steamed red fish, herbed marlin steak, curried crab or fried sardines and use our Tabanca sauce, of course. As an homage to the islands where our love for hot sauce originated.
